Poor cone deployment...   page 2....

	This is a Traffix-brand traffic control device.  So that's who has been promoting the use of these non-cone-looking objects.
	There is the Traffix, er, device.  A couple of cones.  That one in the front looks a bit abused.
	Hmm.  Yes, it's a bit shot up.  Or perhaps moth-eaten.  The base is a bit melted off, perhaps from sitting on fresh blacktop all day long.
