The cones I was referring at were on the west side, between the 22 and the 19 mph signs. I should have mentioned those numbers before, but Santa Clara county is the only place in the world that I have seen this type of aberration. There are signs like that on Winchester/Lincoln in Santa Clara near China Deep Blue Plate Special Seas' house.
